Imhanz was formed in November 2013 and has since developed their technology and expertise in image management and processing for application in the $185 billion global aquaculture market. Innova Partnerships worked with Dr Ross Maxwell on the development of Imhanz, mentoring and advising the Company through initial development phases and assisting the eventual sale of Imhanz Ltd to the Mohn Aqua Group.

CEO Professor Steve Howell commented, “We are delighted to see the acquisition of Imhanz Ltd by the Mohn Aqua Group. The team have developed world class technologies which can be deployed in a range of applications for the growing aquaculture market".
